Implosion Procedures

 Implosion Handling Procedures

  1. Identify yourself with a subject or belief you do not like, by feeling how it feels. (its shape, weight, and possible interaction with its surroundings).
  2. Define it and expand it, by breathing deep from the belly into its balloon-like shape.
  3. Let it further expand to its outer borders with the unknown in all directions.
  4. Label it without judgment.
  5. Regain the attention attached to it.
  6. Let it be what it really is.
  7. Disassociate yourself from it by recognizing: This is not Me, this is my creation.
  8. Stop the flow of air and energy. Let it implode.
  9. If you feel like it, create a new reality by feeling what reality you like to experience.
  10. If you have chosen something, say it out loud in the present tense.
  11. Handle all your doubts about it, by going thru all of the above steps which each of them.
  12. Continue until you see a clear way to eventually experience that reality.

Persistent Reality Handling Procedure:

  1. Ask yourself: What subject or belief bothers me so much that I want to get rid of it now.
  2. Feel the resistance towards it. (pain, feeling, desire, etc.)
  3. Expand your attention towards the source of that resistance.
  4. If all kinds of feelings and/or things surface, feel them all but stay focused on the expansion. DO NOT get side-tracked.
  5. Go deeper until you arrive at the source of the resistance, which is your core-creation.
  6. Now, fully experience this source.
  7. Expand and explore this creation. Whatever impressions you get, do not respond to them.
  8. Continue experiencing, and exploring it.
  9. Expand through belly-breathing into it until you have touched its outer edges all around.
  10. Label it without judgment.
  11. Recognize: This is not Me, this is my creation.
  12. Let it all implode.
  13. Repeat this procedure until you feel totally satisfied with the result.
