Restorer of Ma’at, Architekt of Pharaonic rule
Narmer together with Menes are the unifiers of ancient Lower and Upper Egypt, based on the info on the Narmer Palette (showing Narmer as the unifier of Egypt), and on the two necropolis seals from the Umm el-Qa’ab cemetery of Abydos that show him as the first pharaoh/king of the 1st Dynasty. Narmer succeeded the predynastic pharaoh Ka-Sekhen.
Narmer reigned over the reunified Kmt for 100 years from 3100 BC to 3000 BC. The complete spelling of Narmer’s name consists of the hieroglyphs for a catfish (nꜥr) and a chisel (mr), hence the reading "Narmer" (see below).
The Narmer Palette
The famous Narmer Palette, discovered in the 1897 at Hierakonpolis, shows Narmer wearing the white crown, called hedget, of Upper Nile Egypt on one side of the palette, and the red crown, called deshret, of Lower Nile Egypt on the other side, giving rise to the fact that Narmer, as a Nubian, African, King with an army of archers of exceptional skill, conquered Lower Egypt and unified the two lands.

Nubians are a black, African, ethno-linguistic group of people who are indigenous to the Nile region, now N-Sudan and S-Kemet. Km means "black" and refers to what is later called "Egypt" by the Greeks and Romans.
Pharaoh’s Golden Throne
The remains of a man were found buried in a sealed clay pot in Nuwayrat, a village south of Cairo. He lived there about 5000 years ago, which makes his DNA the oldest ancient Egyptian sample yet extracted.
The researchers concluded that 80% of his genetic material came from ancient people in North Africa while 20% traced back to people in West Asia and the Mesopotamia region.
They originate from the early inhabitants of the central Nile valley, believed to be one of the earliest cradles of civilization.
Known for rich deposits of gold, Nubia was the gateway through which luxury products like incense, ivory, and ebony traveled from their source in sub-Saharan Africa to the civilizations of Kemet and the Mediterranean. The origin of the name Nubia is nwb, the ancient Kemet word for gold.

To establish a long lasting peace, Narmer decided to reign with the king of Lower Kemet, Menes, as co-regents of the Unified Kemet. He, as the main architekt, and Menes, as the main administrator. "Narmer" is a Horus name, while "Menes" is a Sedge and Bee name (personal or birth name).

Together they declared the town on the banks of the river Nile at the strategically important boundary between Upper & Lower Kemet as the new capital of the unified Kemet. It was known as mn-nfr (anglicized as Men-nefer, meaning "enduring and beautiful"), which became "Memfi" (ⲙⲉⲙϥⲓ) in Bohairic Coptic. The Greek name adaptation is "Memphis" (ΜÎμφις). It was the largest settlement worldwide until about 2250 BC.

Schwaller de Lubicz concluded that the ancient Egyptians had a radically different consciousness from ours. They viewed the world symbolically, seeing in nature a "writing" conveying truths about the metaphysical forces behind creation—"the Neters," as Egyptian gods are called. It was a vision Schwaller believed we desperately need to regain.

But the Anthropocosmos Conscious Man is not "woman/man as we know her/him today." It is the individual in whom the "intuitive intelligence of the heart" has awakened, one who has had the experience of "functional consciousness."

"Functional consciousness" is a way of knowing reality from the inside. Schwaller believed ancient Kemet was based on this inner knowing, very unlike our own outer-oriented one.
The ancient Egyptians were aware of the limitations of purely cerebral consciousness, the Set mind that "granulates" experience into fragments of time and space.
This mindset is behind our increasing abuse of nature and of each other. Granulated experience produces our familiar world of disconnected things, each a kind of "island reality."
There is another way of knowing, one very similar to the Taoist forms of perception in ancient China, which can heal the ruptures of purely cerebral consciousness.
The center of the Dendarah sky disc is the star Polaris (Ursa Minor constellation), but it is mostly dominated by the Image of the Draco constellation. This spiraling disc is composed of constellations showing the signs of the zodiac, represented in both a Greco-Roman and in a more Egyptian form. This zodiac dates back to 8.000+ BC. Temple writings show 14.000 years of human life in Egypt.
Four women and four pairs of falcon-headed figures, arranged 45° from one another, hold up the sky disc, the outermost ring features 36 figures representing the 36 asterisms used to track both the 36 forty-minute "hours" that divided the Egyptian night, as well as the 36 ten-day "weeks" (decans) of the Egyptian year (+5 days). This sculptural representation of the zodiac in circular form is unique in ancient Egyptian art.
The location of this Temple of Hathor in Dendarah in the sky is at 18° -7, thus right at the Ursa Major (Great Bear) stars, which produced certain beings that moved to the Pleiades and were involved in the improvement of the human DNA:
