Objective of applying the Timeless Tools

To gain more experiential clarity (insight) about what your soul wants to experience in this life, by learning how to neutralize the un-comfortable consequences of basic body and brain responses to events, incoming mental, sensory, visual or auditory information, using all the tools offered here.

The primary cause of discomfort is seldom the situation, but usually our thoughts, their judgments, and feelings about it. The situation or fact is always as it is. What we think about it, leads often to what we feel about it.

It may be useful to keep a daily journal of the benefits of achieving, and the consequences of not achieving a certain goal, or removing a certain obstacle.
