c2C Results?

The result can be:

  • Another sensation. Repeat the same c2C exhortation until no more sensations or impressions arise.

  • New insights, more experiential clarity, or answers to earlier stated questions.

  • Quietness of mind and a sense of oneness with the Here & Now.

  • Thought or impulse to act. Apply the c2C exhortation to the accompanying sensation. If the impulse to act persists without an accompanying unpleasant emotion, follow your inner prompting.

To improve the results, ask the sensation for it’s name or function. Pronouncing the correct name creates the correct soundwave pattern for neutralizing the particle/wave behind the bodily sensation.
