BB exercise
The Complete (BB) Exercise:
- Stand up comfortably, with loose garments and arms loosely hanging.
- Shake arms and hands a few times.
- Put one hand on your chest and one on your belly.
- To better regulate the intake of breath, slowly inhale through your nose or pursed lips.
- As you inhale, push your stomach and then push your chest out.
- Hold the breath in for a moment.
- Release the air slowly and relax your chest and rib cage.
- Pull your belly in slowly to force out the remaining breath.
- Rest and repeat it with producing a HUM or any other desirable sound during the entire exhale.
- Repeat the complete exercise while sitting in a chair.
- Do the same while laying flat on your back, with some small pillows under the neck.
- Exaggerate physically all feelings of resistance.
- Feel the decrease in bodily tension and the increase in energy.
- Continue this exercise until you reach a result that you would like to share with our work/play shop facilitator.
- Apply the c2C whenever needed.

Suggestion:
• Think of a negative belief that you have about someone.
• Do the belly breathing while keeping that belief in mind.
• Continue this breathing until that belief fully dissolves.
• Meet that someone and see how you feel about it now.
