BB exercise

The Complete (BB) Exercise:

  1. Stand up comfortably, with loose garments and arms loosely hanging. 
  2. Shake arms and hands a few times.
  3. Put one hand on your chest and one on your belly.
  4. To better regulate the intake of breath, slowly inhale through your nose or pursed lips.
  5. As you inhale, push your stomach and then push your chest out.
  6. Hold the breath in for a moment.
  7. Release the air slowly and relax your chest and rib cage.
  8. Pull your belly in slowly to force out the remaining breath.
  9. Rest and repeat it with producing a HUM or any other desirable sound during the entire exhale.
  10. Repeat the complete exercise while sitting in a chair.
  11. Do the same while laying flat on your back, with some small pillows under the neck.
  12. Exaggerate physically all feelings of resistance.  
  13. Feel the decrease in bodily tension and the increase in energy.
  14. Continue this exercise until you reach a result that you would like to share with our work/play shop facilitator.
  15. Apply the c2C whenever needed.

Suggestion:
• Think of a negative belief that you have about someone.
• Do the belly breathing while keeping that belief in mind.
• Continue this breathing until that belief fully dissolves.
• Meet that someone and see how you feel about it now.
