Attention is Key
Is ATTENTION Key ?
If focusing Attention is a lifelong job we automatically do 24/7, shouldn’t we become more familiar with its workings? How about an Attention game with the walls of this room?

So, we focus our attention on some-one or some-thing out there, or some image or feeling inside of us, like the obstacle you wrote down earlier and then felt it for awhile.
How is that obstacle feeling now? Any different from before?
Our Attention works like a spotlight. You wake up and your attention light goes on. You become aware of your self and your surroundings. Thoughts and images begin to drop in.
Then, you usually set the diffuser-lens to illuminate a broad field of observation. As you further wake up you gradually start to shift to a more narrow focus. So, the issue with using our Attention is not what we attend to, but how we direct that beam, with a narrow or wide focus.
