FEEL THE FEELING

If you have CONFLICTING FEELINGS (desire & resistance) about something or someone, DO NOT push against them, but DO the following exercise:

  • Create an image in your mind or on paper of what those conflicting feelings look like.
  • Feel what it feels like to be someone who does not want these feelings.
  • Feel what it feels like to be someone who enjoys having these feelings.
  • Swing between both feelings until they have exhausted themselves and collapse.
  • Then do the c2C.

You will not be able to create and feel bodily sensations, if synthetic painkillers are still active in your body.
