Exercises Details
Participants who successfully complete all exercises receive our Certificate of Proficiency:

Practice Belly Breathing, while thinking of a certain belief you have. Notice the changes.

Stretch arms forward and shake and open & close hands/fingers fast, for as long as possible.

Do CB+T on 1 hand at the time and then repeat 1st exercise. Feel difference in softness & movement.

Measure & compare position of both hips. If uneven, do CB+T with hands on 1 hip until they are even.

Do also each hip with hands in back and front.

Have a group of people place their hands around the hips of one of the participants: Do a Group-healing.
