How does Attn flow ?

Attention can flow:

  1. internally: to whatever I imagine or think of, or
  2. externally: through my opened eyes, or ears, or whatever I focus my Attention on.

I experience this process as follows: Attention-energy in the form of waves of light bounce off one or more objects and then flow back to me as light, through the eyes into my brain. This energy is now transformed from waves of photons (light) or phonons (sound) into elementary particles or bits of information of which I become conscious.

These bits go then through the memory and belief filters of that Part of my mind that is "holding the Attention lens” at that moment. After that, the mind will present me with that Part\’s interpretation of the object’s bits of information.

The reaction to that interpretation may cause a resistance in that Part of me that is holding the “Attention lens”. The bits of information that are resisted will become charged with the energy of the force carrrier particles of the related emotional wave, and then stored in my connective tissues and joints.

This causes the muscles to tense up or joints to go out of alignment. Thus these charged particles become obstacles that will reduce the flow of energy through my body. The resistance could become such that I can no longer focus on that object. I can then take one of 3 actions:

  1. Switch objects, imagined or real, or
  2. Perform c2C exhortations on those bits until the resistance or discomfort is gone, or
  3. Change my point of view by giving the Spotlight to another Part of me that has no resistance to it.
