3D Viewing

3D spatial viewing is like appreciating both the object and its surroundings or a speaker and the space around their body. It may lead the speaker to shift his/her Attention from narrow 2D to a more diffuse or socalled \’soft\’ 3D focus, often resulting in some sort of feeling of relief.

3D Spatial-Attention is feeling an object with the Gut. Practicing diffused, immersed 3D-Attention uninterruptedly will lead to a silencing of the mind\’s chatter. This in turn will lead to relaxing tense or stiff body parts and a healthier, lower frequency alpha or theta (α or ζ) brain-wave pattern.

When you are more relaxed, 3D-Immersed Attention allows the surfacing of highly charged memories; the fallout from intense brain activity, stored during emergency events. Then these memories can be felt in depth and released.

When we shift from a narrow to a more spatial focus, the body will respond. It will relax even further when we include our other senses like smell and touch wherever we are, like the smell of salty seawater or pine trees in a forest.
