g. specific bodily attention - Practicing an exhortation (C2C)
- Releasing conflicting feelings (CF)
- Practicing Appreciative Attention (3DAA)
The purpose of applying the above techniques is to remove blockages to flows of productive thoughts, ideas, and goals, as well as experiencing more energy and joy for action.
