About WHO you are? 

Why are the Abrahamic religions used to make people feel like lowly sinners, thus encouraging low self-esteem, while at the same time leading them to believe that their creator truly cares for them, thus inflating their sense of self-importance?

Wouldn\’t it be better for our health to find a different perspective, by asking you:

Are you your function? Are you your name, or a person?

Can you be referred to as a parent, or a child, or a worker, or a civilian, or a citizen, or a resident, or a subject, or your title, or any other form?

Are you a collection of the roles you play and experiences, memories, personas, thoughts, feelings and beliefs you have? Are these events encountered in the past, future or Present?

Can you change a thought or feeling? Who is doing that? Can a thought change itself? Are you being thought through?

Who changes a belief about some-one or some-thing? Who changes the direction of your attention?

If you answer, “I do”, isn’t that “I” then separate from your attention, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, identities, or personas?

Is that "I" the formlessness behind your forms and feelings?
