Visualization
Out of the many ways to visualize and materialize something, we developed a very powerful method for those who have a hard time visualizing in detail their desire, intention, or goal:
- Verbalize in a few words what your intent, goal or desire is: I AM ………………..
- Try to visualize yourself with it or in it.
- Too difficult? Try one of the next 3 options:
- Draw a picture that best reflects these words.
- Try to find a picture in a magazine that reflects your intention in great detail, or shoot your own photo.
- Type these few word(s) in any online search engine and let it search for the \’right\’ image.
- Try to select the image that best reflects your goal, intention, or desire, and that feels like you are already in it. Example: Instead of looking from the outside at it, try to look from the inside out. This way it feels like you have it already. See picture above and below.
- Copy the image to your desktop.
- Use image editing software to remove unrelated parts.
- Crop the image to match the length to width proportion of your computer screen.
- Save this image. Make it your screen\’s wallpaper.
- Print it out as well, and carry it always with you.
The best times to visualize and feel excited about it are upon entering and exiting your couch or bed. Use an alarm clock that awakens you with a quiet and slow beat type music.
