Hypertension Risk Factors
Risk factors that can contribute to hypertension include:
• age
• obesity
• smoking
• inactivity
• stress, anxiety
• family history of heart disease
• excessive alcohol consumption
• diet (high cholesterol, diabetes)
• electron spin inversion in your body\’s atoms
Electrons orbit the nucleus of every atom, like the planets turn around the sun. Every planet spins around its own axis, as do electrons. If you suffer from an electron spin inversion, your electrons spin the other way. This is very detrimental to the body. The first symptoms are:
a. You are tired even after a good night sleep, and
b. You get ever more environmental allergies.
If this is the case, your body will not react positively to any therapy. It may react the opposite way to anything. It works against itself, and stops absorbing nutrients.
This electron spin inversion is always caused by an external magnetic field. It can be electromagnetic or geo-magnetic, thus it can be produced by electrical appliances, or wires, or by disturbances in the field of the earth.
The most effective way to correct this is through the use of a bio- or photon resonance instrument.
Researchers pinpointed the cause of anxiety to a shortage of GABA and serotonin compounds in our body. They are nature\’s natural anxiety and stress relievers.
Other natural anxiety relievers are ashwagandha, L-Theanine (green tea leaves), passion flower, arjuna bark, olive leaf extract, flaxseeds, walnuts, soybeans, hawthorn, dark green leafy veggies, and foods containing omega-3 fatty acids.

REMEMBER that:
- 80% of average sodium intake is from processed foods and restaurants;
- pizza, breads, soups, and sauces have often high sodium amounts;
- only 10% is added at the table or in cooking;
- 1500 mg of sodium ≈ 4 g of salt;
- a standard drink is ≈ 5oz of wine (12% alc.), or 12oz of beer (5% alc.), 1.5oz of spirits (40% alc.);
- systolic / diastolic blood pressure should be < 140/90;
- compute your Body Mass Index [ BMI ].
