Neutral Questions
Neutral Questions
They solicit open and honest feedback and make people comfortable enough to share their thoughts, feelings and concerns. A question is neutralized when you introduce the negative; “OR NOT?”
Neutral Questions give you a chance to find out if something is still brewing and needs to be brought to the surface.
When asking neutral or “OR NOT” questions, either one of two things can happen:
If there are outstanding problems, you will find out,
If there is good news, Clients will not only share that but will be emphatically positive.
The client is emotionally rescuing you by telling everything is OK, such & such is being done about it.
