Candida Prebiotics

Candida Prebiotics
the Food for Probiotics

Prebiotics are non-digestible, heat resistant, fiber compounds that pass intact through the small intestine and stimulate the (growth) activities of all advantageous bacteria, such as Probioticsby acting as an energy-rich substrate for them.

A common type of prebiotic is from the soluble dietary fiber inulin, used in plants as an energy reserve. It is used to replace sugar, fat, and flour, because inulin contains 25-35% of the food energy of carbohydrates (starch, sugar). It also increases calcium and magnesium absorption.

Prebiotics may play a positive role in neuro-immunological processes, such as depression.
