Processed foods are broken down, rebuilt, reconstituted whole foods with up to 80% of the vitamins and minerals missing.

Blackberries and raspberries are huge nutritional powerhouses. A ¾ cup serving gives you 6 grams of soluble fiber to whisk bad cholesterol from the body and insoluble fiber to prevent constipation, help the heart, and fight carcinogens.

Ellagic acid in the seeds of these berries is a “fruit-aceutical”, a cancer-preventive substance. Your teeth can’t break down those seeds, so they normally pass through the body undigested.

The VitaMix precision blades make this acid bio-available to the body by breaking through the cell walls, pulverizing its skins and seeds, and thus freeing the fiber, flavors, and nutrients your body needs to prevent illness and feel more energetic!

The rapid crushing does not warm the food beyond 85º, thus keeping their nutrients intact. Micro-trituration enhances the flavors and gives a perfect texture.

The machine allows you to cook, chop, cut, crush, shred, grind, blend, make hot soups, cold shakes, smoothies, creams, purees, flours, sauces, pastas, etc. The jar is made of Tritan®, a food-safe polymer, free of bisphenol A (BPA) and phthalates.

The versaplex cover is made of a synthetic rubber, free of BPA. The 4 special blades of a separate tumbler gives an optimum result with chopping dry food and kneading.

Clean the machine by running it on high speed for 30 seconds with the container half-full of warm water and a drop of dish soap. No blade removal needed.
