It is&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: small;\">a story in our sub-conscious mind that controls our behavior. Our mind is not a thing, but a series of neurological activities.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">A paradigm is also a framework of reference for observing one&rsquo;s own experiences. Unlike a fixed belief system, it is flexible. It is a tool to explain things in a certain way, resulting in&nbsp;a different understanding.<\/p>\n<p>If we talk about our thoughts, beliefs, and feeling states as personalities, or id-entities,&nbsp;then we talk about a Paradigm. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Neuro-scientific studies have shown that each thought, belief, feeling, desire, and resistance is nothing but a sensed image of a unique,&nbsp;3D neural circuit of certain electro-magnetic frequencies in our brains.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">If we imagine ourselves as the guardian and treat each of these images like a small child then we use a Paradigm. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">What do you do with an innocent small child who tries to get your Attention?
