This stuck energy causes a.o. stiffness in the joints, muscles, and other bodily tissues. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">A well-rounded hatha yoga practice should stretch the major muscle groups of the body, open up the chest, create movement in the joints and spine, and engage the body&#8217;s senses of grounding, balance, and core strength.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">The practice of Drishti is a gazing technique that develops focusing your attention and teaches you to see the world as it really is. In yoga, drishti (from Sanskrit) is a point of focus where the gaze rests during a posture and meditation practice&#8211;gazing outward while bringing awareness inward.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Whatever style of yoga you practice, it is very important to focus your attention fully on each <a href=\"?p=307\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255);\">impression that you notice in your body<\/span><\/a> and feel + breath through it until it is gone. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Applying the <a href=\"?p=164\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255); \">c2C<\/span><\/a> to that impression accelerates this process.
