Flexible Focus means focusing on both the Object and its background Space. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Flexible Focus leads to a multidimensional 3D-experience of life and a subsequent release of stress. A more diffuse focus includes the <a href=\"?p=758\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255);\">no-thingness<\/span><\/a>, form-lessness of the surrounding space. A focus on actually feeling something or someone.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Identification with the mind leads to <span style=\"color: rgb(0, 102, 153);\">compulsive thinking<\/span>. Endless thoughts parading by is a dreadful affliction, but is considered &quot;normal&quot; by most of us. Thoughts are words. Words, however, can <u>only represent<\/u> <u>the real thing<\/u>, they are <u>not the real thing<\/u>. Words are symbols. They allow us to gain and communicate an intellectual comprehension. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">They do not facilitate experiential clarity about an experience, such as feeling it would do.
