If that does not work anymore, we look for professional help.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">The overuse of <span style=\"color: rgb(0, 102, 153);\">2D Object-Attention<\/span> got us into our current stress-related problems. We need to master how the brain functions and its connection to other aspects of our human physiology: Not by forcing it to our will but more through opening to experience and intuitive knowing &amp; understanding.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">As a youngster, did you learn to avoid feeling painful emotional-experiences by deploying a 2D Object-Attention beam of energy? If so, 2D Object-Attention is an emergency mode that magnifies our perception of pain. We tamp it down by flexing muscles and turning the beam away. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">By using a 2D Object-Attention beam, we not only avoid unpleasant experiences but pleasant ones as well. It leads to mental separateness from everything and the experience of nothing instead.
