Classical mechanics is a mere quantum mechanics of large systems, a large collection of particles, because many macroscopic properties of classical systems are direct consequences of the <a href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/2\/hi\/science\/nature\/8570836.stm\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255);\">quantum state<\/span><\/a> of its parts. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">The stability of bulk matter, the rigidity of solids, and the mechanical, thermal, chemical, optical and magnetic properties of matter are all results of <span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255);\">interaction of electric charges<\/span> under the rules of quantum mechanics.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">The nucleus of an atom comprises of protons and neutrons. CERN&#8217;s Physicsts believe that a proton consists of <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">different sub-atomic particles, called <a href=\"https:\/\/community.emc.com\/people\/ble\/blog\/2011\/12\/09\/particle-zoo-quarks\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255);\">quarks<\/span><\/a>, leptons, <a href=\"?p=791\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255);\">bosons<\/span><\/a>, gluons. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">They say that a proton has 2 up-quarks + 1 down-quark; a neutron has 2 down-quarks + 1 up-quark, held together by gluons. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Sub-atomic particles have over 230 different forms.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"149\" height=\"144\" src=\"\/userfiles\/image\/pentaquark-particle.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255);\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Penta-quark?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">CERN&#8217;s Theoretical Physicists believe that the Penta-quark actually exists and consists of 2 up-quarks, 1 down-quark, plus 1 charm-quark and 1 anti-charm-quark<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Top quarks &ndash; along with up, down, charm, and strange quarks &ndash; combine to form subatomic particles like protons and neutrons. Scientists pinned the top quark&rsquo;s mass at 173.34 (+\/- 0.76) giga-electronvolts divided by the speed of light squared: more than 100 times the mass of a proton.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">This will enable scientists to examine how the top quark&rsquo;s mass affects stability in the Higgs field and the <a href=\"?p=791\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255);\">Higgs boson<\/span><\/a>, which they believe gives matter its mass. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/userfiles\/image\/2014%20pics\/4-quarks-conf.jpg\" width=\"333\" height=\"140\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255);\"><strong>Tetra-quark?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">The DZero detector, positioned along the 4-mile Tevatron accelerator ring at Fermilab, USA discovered the tetraquark. This particle is unique because it contains 4 distinct &#8216;flavors&#8217; of quarks and antiquarks (bottom, strange, up, and down) which were identified by the way it decays. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Nobody knows how quantum particles create atoms, and how the energy of our universe creates quantum particles! Neutron <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Plasma_%28physics%29\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255);\">plasma<\/span><\/a> decays into a proton plasma, an electron plasma (mini-plasma originating from the neutron plasma), and small fragments of magnetic fields (light or energy parts).
