Perceive its weight and density.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Practice <a href=\"..\/?p=195\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255);\">Belly Breathing<\/span><\/a> to facilitate this process.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\">Feel each aspect as your aspects.
