When going down you can see the top of the building moving away from you.<br \/>\n    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">    Now, imagine yourself as a spot of light, slowly moving out of the center of your head and down the throat. Imagine, your skull moving away, like in #1.<br \/>\n    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">    Do not think about any of this. That will keep you in the head. Just play the game.<br \/>\n    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">    Once in the throat area, can you imagine your head well above you. &#8216;Feel&#8217; the softness of the throat area. Can you see your shoulders from here?<br \/>\n    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">    Repeat going up and down between the head and throat until you feel a sense of comfort with this game. When in the head, always face yourself in the direction of your eyes. &#8216;Feel&#8217; the hard bone of the skull that surrounds you? Feel the difference between that and the soft tissue of the throat area?<br \/>\n    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">    Imagine you move from the throat area to any of the shoulders, still facing the front of your body.
