\nI was sent forth from the power,<\/span>
\nand I have come to those who reflect upon me,
\nand I have been found among those who seek after me.
\nLook upon me, you who reflect upon me,
\nand you hearers, hear me.
\nYou who are waiting for me, take me to yourselves.
\nAnd do not banish me from your sight.
\nAnd do not make your voice hate me, nor your hearing.
\nDo not be ignorant of me anywhere or any time.
\nBe on your guard! Do not be ignorant of me.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For I am the first and the last. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nI am the honored one and the scorned one.
\nI am the harlot and the holy one.
\nI am the wife and the virgin.
\nI am the mother and the daughter.
\nI am the members of my mother.
\nI am the barren one and many are my sons.
\nI am she whose weddings are great,
\nand I have not taken a husband.
\nI am the one who bears and who does not bear.
\nI am the solace of my labor pains.
\nI am the bride and the bridegroom,
\nand it is my husband who begot me.
\nI am the mother of my father
\nand the sister of my husband
\nand he is my offspring.
\nI am the slave of him who prepared me.
\nI am the governess of my offspring.
\nBut he is the one who begot me
\nbefore the time on a birthday.
\nAnd he is my offspring in (due) time,
\nand my power is from him.
\nI am the staff of his power in his youth,
\nand he is the rod of my old age.
\nAnd whatever he wills happens to me.
\nI am the silence that is incomprehensible
\nand the thought whose remembrance is frequent.
\nI am the voice whose sound is polyphonic
\nand the logos whose appearance is manifold.
\nI am the utterance of my name.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Why, you who hate me, do you love<\/span><\/a> me,
\nand hate those who love me?
\nYou who deny me, confess me,
\nand you who confess me, deny me.
\nYou who speak the truth about me, lie about me,
\nand you who have lied about me, speak the truth about me.
\nYou who know me, be ignorant of me,
\nand those who have not known me, let them know me.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For I am knowledge and ignorance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nI am shame and boldness.
\nI am shameless; I am ashamed.
\nI am strength and I am fear.
\nI am war and peace. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
