Most chefs cook their food in soybean oil. Thyroid hormone governs the rate of other hormone formation.    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Iodine is essential for proper brain development and cognition. Research showed the importance of iodine during gestation when cognitive potential is formed.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: small;\">Some people stress easier than others and are thus more inclined to develop adrenal fatigue associated with iodine deficiency.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: small;\">Iodine is detected in every organ and tissue in the body.
