Tao of Love and Sex<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Three Treasures of Taoism:<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So as to avoid a disharmonic Energetic Polarity and to unlock the secrets to eternal youth-fulness and immortality, it is necessary to practice the sexual and spiritual refinement of:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. ching\/essence<\/span> (energy inside sperm\/semen\/ovaries), <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. chi<\/span><\/span> or <\/span><\/span><\/span>qi<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span> (vital energy of life inside our bodily parts), <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. shen<\/span><\/span><\/span> (consciousness, sense of self). <\/span><\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Feeling sexually aroused is your ching essence exponentially expanding inside your body, feeling passion and desire, and manifesting in men when a billion sperm cells begin vibrating and thus generating a growing field of sexual EM energy.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    The ching transforms into chi and then refines into shen. Thus sexual energy (ching) provides a link between our physical and metaphysical identities.  <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    The ancient Tao of love<\/span><\/a> masters considered Love<\/span><\/a>, Food<\/span><\/a> (chi energy), and Exercise the 3 columns supporting human life. Longevity depended on the strength of these 3 pillars. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    With regards to exercise, the 2 key elements are proper breathing<\/span><\/a> and T’ai Chi<\/span><\/a> Ch’uan, both representing the eternal harmonic energetic polarity of Yin & Yang<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Already practised during the era of Huang-Di<\/span><\/a>, Ch’uan means fist in Chinese. It is like a gracefully continuing dance, connecting each part smoothly without the use of force.  <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    T’ai Chi Ch’uan is a superb exercise and a means of self-defence, by using the strength of others to throw them off balance<\/span><\/a> rather than using force. Together with deep breathing, it softly exercises all your (stiff) joints:<\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n
