A Paradigm is a model, pattern, or program. It came from the Gr./Lat., literally meaning "a display side by side". It is a story in our sub-conscious mind that controls our behavior. Our mind is not a thing, but a series of neurological activities.

A paradigm is also a framework of reference for observing one’s own experiences. Unlike a fixed belief system, it is flexible. It is a tool to explain things in a certain way, resulting in a different understanding.
