Kinesthetic-discovery can be done through kinesthetic experiences such as yoga, physical exercises, or dancing.

The Flamenco style is best suited because the various chest, throat, hand, arm, body, leg, feet movements and posture trigger energy remnants trapped in the body\’s muscle tissue!
