Quantum Yoga

Quantum Yoga

Yoga + c2C

The essence of Yoga, from our perspective, is detoxification of the body, by helping it release remnants of trapped energy, caused by past trauma. This stuck energy causes a.o. stiffness in the joints, muscles, and other bodily tissues.

A well-rounded hatha yoga practice should stretch the major muscle groups of the body, open up the chest, create movement in the joints and spine, and engage the body’s senses of grounding, balance, and core strength.

The practice of Drishti is a gazing technique that develops focusing your attention and teaches you to see the world as it really is. In yoga, drishti (from Sanskrit) is a point of focus where the gaze rests during a posture and meditation practice–gazing outward while bringing awareness inward.

Whatever style of yoga you practice, it is very important to focus your attention fully on each impression that you notice in your body and feel + breath through it until it is gone.

Applying the c2C to that impression accelerates this process. We call this combination of yoga + c2C: Quantum Yoga.
It is part of our program of Quantum Conditioning.

The benefits of a well-rounded Quantum Yoga practice include better breathing, cleaner cell-DNA, clearer head, a more balanced and energized body, and a happier day!
