Whole Body (WB) Attention
Main Objective:
To acquire the Art of releasing tense muscles and remove previously installed traumatic impressions throughout the physical body.
The various layers of impressions in the body contain dormant old belief-entities, often attached to a stored energy residue. This has a detrimental effect on the body’s cell & bone structure and muscles.
Releasing this residue will energize the body, relax the muscle tissue, and possibly re-align some bones. This process takes a few minutes up to a few hours. Choose a darkened and quiet space. Make sure nobody can or will disturb you.
The exercises described on the following pages are also excellent tools for overcoming sleeplessness.
