3D – Spatial Attention (3DSA)

Main objective:

To acquire the Art of mastering your feeling mechanism.

A feeling is concentrated information. A correct complex of feelings, sequenced in the right order, will multiply men’s knowledge a 1000-fold. Balanced feelings are very important to humans.

Become aware of something or somebody through a physical impression or sensation. Feeling what you feel leads to a coherent resonance with the vibrations of feeling of everything and everybody else around you.

This allows us to telepathically communicate an experience. We need words to express an intellectual understanding. We need feelings to communicate an experiential clarity, by resonating with someone else’s feeling wavelength. Thus, feelings are the real thing.

Words are symbols, representations, or reflections  of something. They require explanations, which leads to arguments and different interpretations. If you feel the urge to avoid feeling, than that urge is motivated by fear. Things become complicated when words replace feelings.

Fear moves you into intellectual interpretations, where symbols have been substituted for feelings, because the latter are no longer safe. Perhaps, the ultimate purpose of any action is to ‘feel or not to feel’.

Intuition translates an understanding into a feeling. Resisting feeling leads to thinking. When you feel, you become the object, you are part of it. With thinking you depart from it.

Feelings are waves, represented by neural circuits in the insular cortex, as well as by actions within the 98% part of each DNA molecule. The first one we feel the desire and resistance to, the 2nd one we can communicate with via thoughts (waves of light) or via talk (waves of sound). The 1st and the 2nd operate in different strata of consciousness.

Experiencing the flow of life permits you to exist in it, direct it, or transform it.
