3DSA Exercises

EXERCISE:

  1. Select an object of interest. Define it first with a narrow focus Attention beam.
  2. Then identify with the object through a soft focus on its contours and body.
  3. Immerse yourself into each aspect of the object. Perceive its weight and density. 
  4. Practice Belly Breathing to facilitate this process.
  5. Feel each aspect as your aspects. Become one with the object.
  6. Repeat #2-5 with animate objects such as animals, people, plants, or trees.
  7. Using soft focus, feel their limbs and leaves as your limbs and leaves.
  8. Repeat #2-5 with any of your beliefs.
  9. Feel the space it takes up and explore its perimeter.
  10. Focus on feeling how you feel rather than saying how you feel.
  11. When you notice any resistance, unpleasant sensation or thought, perform the c2C on it until it is gone.
  12. Repeat the above until you feel pure joy at a cellular level. This may take a few hours up to a few days.
  13. Share that experience with the play shop facilitator.
