Body Impressions
A/ Focus your Attention on the following procedure:

Focus your Attention on your body. Immerse yourself into it.

Expand this bodily awareness in every direction until you reach the outer limits.

Notice any impression or sensation somewhere in your body.

Run the c2C exhortation until you feel a subtle physical reaction.

Repeat the above steps until no more impressions are felt anywhere in your body.

You may doze off for awhile. Share the results with the work/play shop facilitator.
