Acid Fruits + Sugar?
TROPHOLOGY
Acid fruits with carbohydrates?
The enzyme in the mouth’s saliva does the important job of converting complex starch molecules into simpler sugars. This requires a neutral or slightly alkaline medium, which is the natural oral condition in the mouth.
When acid foods are eaten, the action of the enzyme required to break down starch is halted because the medium needed has been altered. Thus, DO NOT eat acid fruits together with sweet fruits or other starches. This makes the combo of starch, like pasta, with tomatoes so bloating.
Digesting GM-wheats trigger the formation of LDL particles, and increases blood-sugars, which cause glycation (glucose modification of proteins). This causes built-up of visceral fats around all organs and binding to the brain’s opiate receptors, causing feelings of pleasure. Thus….super toxic & addictive!!

"Now that I can afford almost everything,
I can digest almost nothing"
Acid fruits with protein?
Oranges, tomatoes, lemons, pineapples and other acid fruits can be digested easily and produce no distress when eaten away from starchy and protein foods, because acid fruits seriously hamper protein digestion.
Fruit and nuts should not be eaten on an empty stomach, as it provides the yeast with very easy access to sugar and spikes insulin too much, causing a significant increase in symptoms and cravings for carbs or sugar.
Fruit is best served during the day (Ayurvedic diet), or before consuming protein, fat, and low-starch vegetables. Starting every meal with fruit can supply you with enough fiber to make a potential difference in satiety. That’s why they go so well with nuts and seeds.
Fat and protein combined with the fruit lowers its glycemic index, which minimizes the impact of the sugar content on blood sugar, insulin and neurotransmitters in the brain. Additionally, it makes the sugar less accessible to the yeast and helps keep cravings and symptoms under control.
That’s why the typical breakfast of orange juice, bacon, eggs, and toast is a digestive disaster.
