Should you eat 2 concentrated proteins together?

Each type of protein requires a specific character, strength and timing of digestive juice secretions. Thus, it is better for the body to NOT eat two types of concentrated protein together. Better NOT mix nuts, meat, eggs, cheese, etc.

Polyunsaturated fats, found in eggs, fatty fish or healthy fruits like avocados and nuts (walnuts especially) are very beneficial to our health. The liver produces 75% of the cholesterol in our body.

The foods that increase the fat and cholesterol levels in the blood are those that contain bad fats like trans-fats and saturated fats, such as in donuts or muffins.

The high protein content in eggs make them rich in vitamins, lipids, minerals and healthy fats, but low in calories (80/egg). Eggs from flaxseed fed chickens contain 12 times more omega-3 fats than conventional eggs.

Protein plus Fats?

Fats inhibit the secretion of gastric juices needed to digest dairy products, nuts, meat, and fish by > 50%. When fatty foods are eaten with protein-rich foods, the digestive breakdown of the fats is delayed until gastric juices complete their work on the complex proteins. In other words, fats may lay undigested for a long time.

When Hi protein foods also contain a lot of fat, the latter is held in suspension before breakdown, without impeding gastric action. However, free fats such as oil, butter and milk fat will coat the gastric mucosa, and thus inhibiting gastric juices. This is why fried chicken is so hard to digest.
