AI Conclusion?
Attention Immersion (AI) Conclusion ?
Extensive clinical research has shown that many patients interpret ‘visual’ communications as reality. A traumatized individual may end up believing that he or she was tortured when the actual message the organism is trying to convey is that these sensations you are experiencing feel like torture.
The actual culprit could just as easily have been a terrifying medical procedure, an automobile accident, or even certain childhood neglect. It could literally be anything.
Certain images are obviously correct memories. Immersing your Attention means experiencing what is present without trying to change or interpret it. These experiences give us a background for reconnecting with the animal in ourselves.
Through knowing, feeling, and sensing, your attention beam can now focus on the place where the healing can begin.
This sense faculty is simple and elegant. Yet it is billions of times more sophisticated than the most powerful computers. It consists of awareness, sensation, subtlety, variety and rhythm. If you are beginning to catch on to both its primitive and refined elements, you are on the right track.
Our Innate Being has not forgotten us, we have forgotten it. Someone’s traumatized nervous system is not damaged. It is ‘frozen’ in a kind of suspended animation. Rediscovering AI will bring warmth and vitality to our experiences.
AI is also a non-threatening way of re-initiating the original energy-flow that was interrupted when the trauma occurred, when quantum-energy waves became particles, ‘frozen’ together as atoms, then molecules, in joints and tissues.
Completing this process prevents post traumatic reactions to become chronic. You now have the basics for using AI. Use it as a tool that will help you get to know your Self as both a physical, a meta-physical, and quantum organism.
