Transformation
Transformation
Transformation is the process of changing something in relation to its polar opposite. When you transform from a traumatic to a peaceful state, you have to experience it through the felt sense faculty:
- a nervous system that oscillates between immobility and fluidity,
- emotions fluctuating between fear and courage, and
- perceptions shifting between narrow & broad focus.
Through transformation:
- the nervous system can regulate itself again,
- our emotions propel us into an exhilarating ability to soar, having a better view of our place in nature,
- our perceptions broaden to encompass receptivity and acceptance of what is, without judgment.
Transformation requires you to challenge your basic beliefs about who you are. You might be learning to trust physical responses and sensations that you may not fully understand.
Are you also willing to experience yourself flowing with the effects of the primitive natural laws of polarity that will balance your seemingly conflicting perceptions?
We need to allow our organism to experience a rhythmic pulsation between the psychic polarities of expansion and contraction, also called desire and resist, by immersing our attention into the impressions or sensations felt in the body.
