Solar Plexus Breathing Exercises

EXERCISE: Solar Plexus Stimulation
The 3rd chakra can further be stimulated by jogging, yelling, pounding a pillow, or by doing the Woodchopper Exercise:
Plant feet firmly on the ground, knees slightly bent, heels about 2′ apart. Raise arms together over the head with hands joined. Arch back slightly. Make an "ah" sound as you swing the whole upper portion of your body downward, bringing your hands between your legs and through.
The motion should be smooth and rapid, emitting as much force and power as is possible. Let the sound be full and loud. Repeat five to ten times in a session, and feel the energy break through into your upper body.

EXERCISE: Solar Plexus Relaxation
Loosen your clothes and lie flat upon your back with arms outspread. Anything that puts pressure on the upper stomach region or causes shallow breathing (sitting slumped over a computer for awhile, a stomach filled with too much food, hernia, beer belly, poor air quality, chronic dehydration, fear, poor eating habits, and over-acidic condition caused by different factors) should be avoided.
Practice upper belly breathing until you can take 4 seconds to inhale, 8 for holding, and the maximum possible to exhale. Repeat this 2 or 3 times daily and also before bed.
When inhaling a breath you are negative, receptive; while holding you are poised ready; as you exhale, spread forth your hands and breathe life into whatever it is you desire. Faith in it or not– just do it and you will find out its truth.
The Solar Plexus is the seat of emotion. Correct exercise of its whole breathing apparatus will release all remnants of anger, resentment, resistance, blues, discouragement and fear as forms of a cramped up Solar Plexus.
Continued practice will establish the habit of “feeling good”, the habit of feeling like a free man or woman.

EXERCISE: Solar Plexus Awakening from Depression
Focus all your attention on your breathing. Inhale slowly via the nostrils 1 full belly breath; hold it steady for 2 seconds; then force the breath suddenly into the upper part of the lungs; hold it there for 2 seconds; then suddenly throw all the breath down as far as possible, while exclaiming mentally to the Solar Plexus: “Wake up! Wake up! !”
Hold the breath for 2 seconds; then let it gradually flow back until the lungs are evenly filled again; hold an instant; then exhale very slowly and smoothly. Do this only 3 times.
Then rise and move as if you were fully intending to go somewhere. Get interested in what you have to do so that it changes your feelings for the better. These exercises establish in your stellar center the habit of shining.
Breathe rhythmically, slowly, easily, and fully until your mind is quiet and not feeling “discouraged” or "blue" anymore.
Rhythmical action of the breathing machinery will keep the body full of power and prepare “a heart for any fate.”
When you are “tired” or “discouraged” your body is starved by an irregular air supply.
Consuming the right foods and drinking water, regular exercise, and solar plexus belly breathing are the 3 fundamentals of health, besides practicing detox protocols, sunbathing, and smart use of supplements.

EXERCISE: ‘I AM LOVE’ Breath
We meditate on a real, living, breathing star. We feel its heat, its radiance, its strength, how hot it gets.
We then focus our attention on the cheerful child we used to be, and everything good about it. While feeling the inside of that star, we bring back that jolly youthful feeling within all of our cells. This way, we increase the vibration within the quarks that make up our entire body.
This exercise will increase the strength of the mitochondria within our cells which allow the proper replication at youthful levels of metabolism by producing the proper levels of vitamins, proteins, collagen, hyaluronic acid, NAD’s and minerals; all vital elements for our body.
Heart <> Star Plexus
Lie down flat, arms out from the body. As you inhale, say softly, slowly, easily, and distinctly, with eyes raised under your closed lids, “I AM” , and try quietly to realize that the immense Star is really you. You and your Star are One.
Keep the chest walls expanded for a moment and the throat open. Then slowly and very smoothly exhale the breath, lowering your eyes under closed lids, saying lingeringly and softly, with downward inflection, “Love.”
Keep this I AM – LOVE consciousness up till it has gone with the breath into the lungs, and so into the blood, and thus into all of the body. It takes about two minutes for the blood to make the circuit of the body.
In order to change your “feelings” it must make the circuit several times, setting up a new rhythmic vibration of that grand, peaceful, powerful I AM consciousness. Lungs, heart, solar center and brain must pulse together with the consciousness of your Star and the infinite Cosmic Lattice.

Rhythmical breathing generates power in the body. The breathing apparatus needs to recover from the irregularity of action caused by the awake head brain, since it responds to every conscious thought. It gasps with astonishment, stands still with fear, or puffs with excitement. In the long, quiet night it recovers its deep natural rhythmic action.
It is an infallible remedy for discouragement, unrest, lack of interest, impatience, anger, malice, revenge, resentment.
In-breath: the Infinite I AM; let it renew mind and body;
Out-breath: Love, Wealth, all you desire.
