Bodily Detoxifications
What causes the toxic build-up in your colon?
Stress from our lifestyle. Then add digital dependence and Candida to the unhealthy food mixture, and you end up with an unhealthy colon.
The colon is the waste pipe of the body. Once the nutrients are taken out and processed, the waste is passed through the colon and expelled from the body.
However, this fecal matter, including the Candida yeast colonies, gets backed up and solidified in your colon. Without a regular cleansing program it can get trapped there for years or decades, slowly releasing toxins into your system.
The waste matter hardens, fixing itself to the wall of the colon. Sometimes an unhealthy colon will have attached to it up to 20 pounds of this matter that just won’t go away! Ever wondered why you sometimes feel heavy and bloated?
This waste material can serve as a breeding ground for Candida, releasing toxins into your bloodstream. They can spread through your body, affecting every part of it. Hence the need to flush out your system with a good cleanse.
The Fiber/Bentonite shake
This detox drink is designed to remove toxins from your gut. For the fiber supplement, choose between Acacia Powder, Pure Apple Fiber, Golden Flax, or Psyllium. Bentonite clay will soak up the intestinal toxins, and the fiber pushes waste matter out through your colon.
Shake the mixture up and quickly drink it before it settles. Drink another extra large glass of water immediately after.
Recipe for Fiber/Bentonite Shake:
- 1 large cup of water
- 1 flat Tbsp. fiber supplement
- 1 flat Tbsp. liquid / powder Bentonite Clay
Do NOT take any food an hour before and after you drink it. You can drink it 2-3 times each day.
The liver flush
To support and protect your liver during your cleanse, take a liver flush. Drink it once a day in the evenings, but at least an hour after your last fiber/bentonite shake.
Recipe for Liver Flush Drink:
- 1 cup of water
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- small chunk of fresh ginger
Blend it all together and drink. You can also chop the garlic and ginger before blending.
One glass of celery juice each day will have the same effect.
Cleansing baths
Nutritionist Dr. Parcells, states that 65% of body cleansing is done via the skin! Good health requires a regular detox bathing protocol, given our toxic world. The body is clogged up with toxins from the physiological stress of modern living and the chemical assault from every direction.
The Japanese favor using water as hot as someone can possibly stand, then use a special cloth to exfoliate the skin and thereby further detoxify the body’s largest organ.
How Detox Baths Work
"Very hot water initially draws toxins to the surface of the skin", says Dr. Parcells. "Then, as the water gradually cools down, the toxins are pulled into the water via the principle of osmosis, the weak energy from the cooling water draws from the strong energy of the heated body.
Several baths/week is best to keep elimination channels open and to encourage detoxification on a regular basis.

Baking Soda Detox Baths
Dissolve a few cups aluminum free baking soda in a regular size tubful of water as hot as you can tolerate. Stay in the bath for about 45 min. when the water has cooled off. Do not rinse afterwards, but simply towel dry.
This bath is good for problems with irradiated food, swollen glands, sore throat or soreness of the gums and mouth as well as with the inability to hold food in the stomach.

Baking soda plus Sea Salt Baths
Dissolve a few cups of sea salt plus a few cups of baking soda to a regular sized tub of water. Stay in the bath for about 45 min. when the water has cooled off. Do not rinse afterwards, but simply towel dry. This bath will make you feel tired, so do it just before bed time. This bath is therapeutic after exposure to environmental radiation, x-rays, plane flights plus airport screenings.

Epsom Salts Detox Baths
Dissolve 2 cups of epsom salts in a regular sized bath. The temperature should be not too overly hot. Soak for between 20-30 minutes. Rinse and towel dry.
Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate. Magnesium and sulfur are both critical nutrients but is difficult to absorb from food. An epsom salt soak allows these minerals to be absorbed readily via the skin. Improves bowel movements and other things.
It is beneficial to heart and circulatory health, can lower blood pressure, helps ease muscle pain and eliminates harmful substances from the body. It also improves nerve function by encouraging proper regulation of electrolytes.
Soak in epsom salts 2-3 times/week so as to alleviate the discomfort of bruises and sprains, or a detoxification of drugs left after surgery.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Detox Baths
Add a few cups of raw, pure apple cider vinegar to a regular sized tub of water as hot as tolerated. Use more as needed if your tub is oversized. Stay in the bath for about 45 min. when the water has cooled off. Do not rinse afterwards, but simply towel dry. Do not shower for at least 8 hours.
This bath is a great overall detoxifier for muscle aches and pains from physical exertion. It is also the best detox bath choice for those with Candida issues that affect the skin as it returns the skin to an optimal, slightly acidic pH which is a difficult environment for Candida bacteria to thrive in.
An ACV bath draws excess uric acid out of the body. Uric acid is created when the body breaks down substances called purines in certain foods and drinks. Most uric acid is eliminated via the kidneys in the urine. An ACV bath helps with joint problems, arthritis, gout, bursitis, tendonitis, or excessive body odor problems.
Foot Baths

Hydrogen Peroxide
H2O2
Yeast thrives in dark, moist and warm environments. Since our feet are covered in socks and shoes, this makes the feet a prime candidate for a candida yeast infection.
Foot and toes rubbing against the shoe continuously, create tiny little cuts and abrasions where yeast can penetrate and reside. This can cause toenail fungus as well.
H2O2 seems to act as a signalling molecule in the regulation of a wide variety of biological processes. It appears to act as a signal to white blood cells to converge on the site and initiate the healing process. When the genes that activate H2O2 were disabled, white blood cells did not accumulate.
It is also a major factor in the free-radical theory of aging, depending on how quickly H2O2 can decompose into hydroxyl radicals, which can react with and damage vital cellular components, especially those of the mitochondria.
Antioxidants, like ascorbic acid, help reduce and prevent damage from free radicals because they donate electrons which neutralize the radical without forming another.

Thus, wipe your feet down with hydrogen peroxide before going to bed and don’t wash it off. Alternatively, you can soak your feet in a hydrogen peroxide bath as well.
Wash your socks and towels with hydrogen peroxide to prevent reinfection. It may also be helpful to spray hydrogen peroxide inside your shoes or bake your shoes in the sun for a while to dry them out good.
The best athlete‘s foot remedies consist of prevention:
1. Don’t wear tight fitting shoes.
2. Wear clean cotton socks daily, so the foot can breathe.
3. Keep your feet clean and dry. Air them every day.
4. Let your feet dry before putting socks on after a shower.
5. Don’t share towels, or any personal grooming tools.
6. Keep toenails trimmed.
7. Wear tongs/sandals to protect the feet in common areas.
8. Keep your shoes dry.
Rub any of the substances below into the infected area like a cream, to reach the areas where yeast has penetrated:
1. Garlic
2. Tea Tree Oil
3. Black Walnut Tincture
4. Hydrogen Peroxide:
