Orgasm & Ejaculation

Orgasm & Ejaculation

Orgasm and ejaculation are not one and the same event. Although they typically occur together, a man may have an orgasm without ejaculating, because an orgasm begins as a neurological event.

After ejaculation, men enter a recovery phase called the refractory period. During this time, further ejaculation is physiologically impossible. An increased infusion of the hormone oxytocin during ejaculation appears to be chiefly responsible for the male refractory period.

Other chemicals possibly responsible for this period are serotonin, and prolactin, which represses dopamine, which is responsible for sexual arousal.

Although very challenging, men can learn to have an orgasm without ejaculating, thereby making it possible to experience multiple orgasms.

According to Havelock Ellis, most multi-orgasmic men (and their partners) report that multiple orgasms lead to a highly energetic post-orgasmic state.

Far more women than men have the capability to have multiple orgasms within a short time, only if a continued stimulation and sexual interest is present.

Men who ejaculate daily will gradually become ‘mindless’, because frequent ejaculation causes a chronic drain of chi, something the brain and spine require to function properly.

The resulting deficiency of this vital energy of life can cause difficulties with concentration, chronic depression, loss of sexual drive and a host of other related symptoms.

Furthermore, recent medical evidence indicates that with every ejaculation men lose some of the following vital elements, especially zinc, a rare but vital trace element:

Property  Per 100mL Av. vol. (3.4 mL)
Calcium (mg) 27.6 0.938
Chloride (mg) 142 4.83
Citrate (mg) 528 18.0
Fructose (mg) 272 9.25
Glucose (mg) 102 3.47
Lactic acid (mg) 62 2.11
Magnesium (mg) 11 0.374
Potassium (mg) 109 3.71
Protein (g) 5.04 0.171
Sodium (mg) 300 10.2
Urea (mg) 45 1.53
Zinc (mg) 16.5 0.561
pH (7.7)

Over time, these losses can cause symptoms like loss of memory, mental confusion, and hypersensitivity to sunlight.

Semen is regarded by many researchers as the product of a complex psycho-, neuro-, and physio-logical interaction between a man and a woman, rather than merely the product of the male reproductive system.

Aristotle stated: "the region around the eyes is the region of the head most fruitful of seed", pointing to generally recognized effects of sexual indulgence upon the eyes, and to practices which imply that vital seed energy comes from a liquid in the region of the eyes. Also the Pythagoreans‘ belief that semen is a "drop of the brain".

The Tao enables a man to have an all-weather instrument of equal competence to that of its female partner and controlling his sexual energy permits a man to protect the love & health, and prolonging the lives of both of them.

Partners may absorb one another’s burst of sexual energy at the moment of orgasm by following three basic guidelines:

  • keep your head nuzzled under your partner’s ear when he or she ejaculates in order to avoid inhaling the ‘muddy breath’ exhaled at that moment. Owing to the intense ‘fire’ that occurs in the lower abdomen during orgasm, this burst of breath is regarded as a sort of waster product.
  • Hug your partner very tightly and maintain maximum surface contact between your skins. At orgasm, the entire body radiates energy from its surface contact.
  • Press and rub the pubic regions closely together. The biggest burst of sexual energy during orgasm naturally occurs in the region of the ‘Sea Of Energy’, located below the navel.

Master Liu Ching, achieving a life span of over 300 years, preferred to regulate his emissions according to the cosmic cycles of seasonal change:

In spring, a man may permit himself to ejaculate once every 3 days, but in summer and autumn he should limit it to twice a month. During the cold of winter, a man should preserve his semen and avoid ejaculation altogether.

The Way of Heaven is to accommodate Yang essence in winter. A man who follows this guideline will live a long and healthy life. One ejaculation in cold winter is one hundred times more harmful than an ejaculation in the spring.

Instead of thrusting to a frenzy just prior to ejaculation, approach the brink slowly and gently and savor the exquisite sensation of release, then deliberately ‘squeeze off’ the urogenital canal with a deep contraction of the anus and penile shaft before ejaculation is over.

This will conserve about 25% of your semen while still providing the desired ejaculatory release. Immediately after emission, rhythmically contract the entire urogenital diaphragm for 2 minutes by practicing the locking of the anal sphincter.

This tightens up the pelvic floor, which becomes loose and flaccid after ejaculation, and thereby prevents post-coital loss of chi through the perineum, anus and urogenital canal.

This exercise is highly beneficial for women as well, because it prevents loss of chi through the vagina and encourages sexual energy to move up the spinal channels to the brain.

Su Nu Ching on ejaculation control

  • “Upon first sensing that you are about to ejaculate stop all movement of the Jade Stem.
  • Forcefully press on your pubic area around the base of the Jade Stem with both hands.
  • Breathe in deeply and quickly, then exhale gradually and slowly.
  • Simultaneously grit the teeth together and breathe in slowly and deeply.
  • As you are doing this raise your head to gaze upward and then downward, and then from left to right.
  • Contract the lower abdomen and relax momentarily.
  • Fill the abdomen and lungs with air so they expand.
  • Focus on your tan t’ien while exhaling and contracting your abdomen.
  • Simultaneously gaze upward and relax momentarily.
  • Breathe in deeply, slowly exhale.
  • Rotate your eyes clockwise three times while contracting the abdomen.
  • Inhale deeply while gritting the teeth together and relax the entire body.
  • When you sense a windlike movement on your ears, contract the abdomen.
  • When the erection starts to subside, your breathing and heart will quiet and you will feel in control again. At this point sexual activity may be resumed.”

Through the Prostate Chi Kung daily practices you will be able to break up any energetic blockages in the pelvic region, open up the energetic pathways, and preserve prostate gland functional ability to an old age, maintaining your sexual life without discomfort, pain, or malfunction.

Exercising Your PC Muscle

Exercising your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle will develop your ejaculatory control, which will prevent the premature urge to ejaculate. It will also enhance the ability to achieve hard erections, improve blood circulation for enhanced size and sensation, drastically improve sexual stamina, increase ejaculation volume and intensity, improve urinary flow, and have the ability of multiple orgasms. It can help save your life by giving you a well-developed, healthy prostate.

The first step to beginning your PC workout is locating your PC muscle. Some men have been able to locate their PC muscle for years without knowing it. If you can make your penis move on its own when you have an erection, you have located your PC muscle. If you cannot do this, the next time you urinate, stop the flow of urine before you finish. The muscle you use to stop yourself from urinating is the PC muscle.

Men can enhance their sexual prowess and energy by doing at least 200 to 500 PC flexes a day. Ancient Taoists called this exercise “tightening the anus” because flexing the PC muscle also makes your anus tight. Try doing 10 to 20 flexes to see how well you can focus on them. If your PC feels tired after 20 flexes, you are very out of shape.

PC Muscle Chi Exercises: Warming Up

1. Start out by squeezing and relaxing your PC muscle at a steady pace for a good 30 flexes.
2. At the end of the set, rest for 30 seconds.
3. Continue with 2 more sets, resting for 30 seconds between each set.

After completing 3 sets, you should have better control over your PC muscle due to the increased flow of blood and chi.

PC Clamps

1. Squeeze and release over and over again. Start with sets of 30 and build yourself up to sets of 100 or more.
2. Make sure you do 300 PC Clamps a day for the rest of your life.

The PC muscle heals quite quickly; you may find yourself waking up with a hard erection every morning. You will soon find that doing this exercise every day is the best move you could ever make for your sexual health and vitality.

Long Slow Squeeze

1. Warm up with 30 clamps. Then flex as hard and as deep as you can.
2. Squeeze at the deepest point. Then hold it for a count of 20.
3. Rest for 30 seconds.
4. Repeat 5 times.

After a month or so of exercising, you should be able to do squeeze-and-hold sessions for at least several minutes at a time. This particular exercise will give you erections of steel and the ability to last as long as you want in bed. You should eventually work your way up to 10 sets of 2-minute-long holds.
