Tao of Love & Sex

Tao of Love and Sex

The Three Treasures of Taoism:

So as to avoid a disharmonic Energetic Polarity and to unlock the secrets to eternal youth-fulness and immortality, it is necessary to practice the sexual and spiritual refinement of:

  1. ching/essence (energy inside sperm/semen/ovaries),
  2. chi or qi (vital energy of life inside our bodily parts),
  3. shen (consciousness, sense of self).

Feeling sexually aroused is your ching essence exponentially expanding inside your body, feeling passion and desire, and manifesting in men when a billion sperm cells begin vibrating and thus generating a growing field of sexual EM energy.

The ching transforms into chi and then refines into shen. Thus sexual energy (ching) provides a link between our physical and metaphysical identities.

The ancient Tao of love masters considered Love, Food (chi energy), and Exercise the 3 columns supporting human life. Longevity depended on the strength of these 3 pillars.

With regards to exercise, the 2 key elements are proper breathing and T’ai Chi Ch’uan, both representing the eternal harmonic energetic polarity of Yin & Yang.

Already practised during the era of Huang-Di, Ch’uan means fist in Chinese. It is like a gracefully continuing dance, connecting each part smoothly without the use of force.

T’ai Chi Ch’uan is a superb exercise and a means of self-defence, by using the strength of others to throw them off balance rather than using force. Together with deep breathing, it softly exercises all your (stiff) joints:

The Su Nu Ching is the basic book of Taoist Sexology. It contains secrets which help humanity enjoy life, improve life, love life, and benefit from life.

It provides specific methods which:

  • heighten, intensify, and prolong love making so as to strengthen the bond within the nucleus of a family,
  • improve offspring, intelligence, beauty, wisdom, health, morality,
  • improve and unify the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of an individual.

For many millennia, the political, philosophical, and religious elites prevented most people from reading, understanding, or interpreting this book. Thus, these life-saving philosophical treasures were buried under selfishness and incompetence.

Although the subject of sex seems to be uncomplicated, in reality, it is of monumental importance to the health and happiness of the individual, and society. The book was written with the following considerations mind:

  1. It should be useful to a reader for the rest of his or her life. Continued experience and analysis will lead to an ever greater understanding of its teachings.
  2. It should be clear and logical and scientifically substantiated. Morality must be lifted to a new height.
  3. Sexual problems will resolve themselves as the relationship between the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the body are made clear, and the sexual act becomes a means of spiritual and mental elevation.
  4. To select appropriate terms to further the reader’s understanding of the 8000 year old Taoist theories, whose foundations were formed during the matriarchal era, when the men were subservient to women.
  5. To provide a balance between theories & experiences so as to keep learning and understanding exciting.
