WELLNESS WHEEL

How about taking a quick look at yourself?

Save a copy of the Wheel’s PDF file on your desktop, or print out a copy. When done:

  1. Rate where you are in life right now from 1-10 in each of the 8 sectors of the wheel by circling the appropriate number. Take plenty of time to do this.
  2. When done, connect the 8 small circles you drew.
  3. Do you like the shape of the new wheel you created?
  4. Ready for a small improvement in your life?
  5. Give yourself a few minutes to think about what and where you desire to move up just 1 notch right now?
  6. A top-priority item or long-cherished childhood dream? Write the answer on the paper you printed out.
  7. Apply our proprietary visualization technique and alpha state to that answer. Be generous with your time.
  8. What obstacle regarding this item comes first to mind?
  9. Draw a picture of this obstacle on the other side of the paper, preferably with your non-dominant hand.
  10. Draw an X in the center of this picture. That X marks your current point of view.
  11. Draw arrows in all directions, from this center to the picture’s edges.
  12. Write another X outside of the picture. This X marks the point of view you want to attain.
  13. Come to one of our Introductory Events to find out how to remove the obstacles that prevent you from attracting an affluent and wealth consciousness.
