THE BODY’S BATTLES

Here is what your brains and body are up against 24/7:

  1. toxins in the air we inhale,
  2. toxins in the fluids we drink,
  3. toxins in the foods we take in,
  4. toxic microbes that visit our body,
  5. toxic fragments of sounds we absorb,
  6. toxic thoughts and feelings we dwell in,
  7. EM-toxicity from all microwave devices/towers,
  8. A weakened immune system from all the above, and
    from every physical and psychological injury, shock, trauma, disappointment, stress, paralysis, etc.

Since optimum health can be best expressed by an optimum functioning immune system, we focus primarily on Candida fungus overgrowth, yeast-neutralizing foods:

  1. Extensive, early morning, cuddle up before rising.
  2. Alternate day intake of a Lo-Sodium, Hi-Potassium vegetable shake cocktail created with a select group of fresh herbs and dry ingredients, such as cilantro, psyllium, bentonite clay, ground flax seed, granulated garlic, tumeric, cayenne pepper, stevia, plus also wet ingredients like tomato juice, maggi, worchester sauce, lime juice, virgin olive oil, that help eliminate toxins and heavy metals from the body.
  3. Daily intake of a Probiotics Smoothie, topped off with a few dietary supplements, and nuts like almonds and walnuts, plus sesame & sunflower seeds to ensure sufficient trace-minerals, minerals, calcium, vitamins, and intestinal flora.
  4. Breakfast mix of fresh low-carb/sugar tree-fruits and berries to sustain the supply of flavanoids + enzymes.
  5. Alternate daily cocktail of Garam Masala Chai, topped up with boiling filtered water and virgin coconut oil.
  6. Always drinking filtered water.
  7. For lunch, sardines rolled in nori (edible seaweed), guacamole, followed by a boiled free-range egg.
  8. Other foods NOT containing wheat, starch, GMO’s, or processed foods, and any other products containing sugar, preservatives, hormones, and/or antibiotics.
  9. Most nights, a large salad, incl. 10 different veggies, seaweed, Chia seeds, mixed with a proprietary spices-virgin olive oil-raw apple cider vinegar dressing.
  10. Muscle stretch and body exercises done every day.
  11. Applying either blue (415/465 nm) or red (625 nm) light, ultrasound, microcurrents, or castor oil, coconut oil, baking soda, iodine drops, or apple cider vinegar to any undesired external physical manifestation.
  12. Have lighthearted background music during the day.
  13. Periodic fasting and cleansing of organs, glands, joints and muscle tissues, using our proprietary formula.
  14. For reasons of privacy and EM-pollution, we have banned TV’s and most mobil/microwave devices.
  15. Any time we encounter an obstacle, any unpleasant thoughts and/or feelings, we apply the c2C combined with 1 or 2 other practices listed on this website.
  16. Cold water immersion.
