OBSTACLE

Internal Obstacle: any unpleasant feelings, images, thoughts.

External Obstacle: our eyes + specific neural circuits turn external information into an internal 3D hologram that we perceive as the real image.

That’s why we can alter that image using the 2 Keys + tools. After that we will perceive the image differently. This in turn leads to a different response of our body.

What do you see right now (internally or externally) as the next obstacle on your path? Look at what you wrote down. What do you feel when you read that and where do you feel that in your body?

Now, look at the Wellness Wheel and select another high priority improvement that comes to mind. How does that make you feel? Does it trigger any new thoughts or feelings about the subject of your choice?

So, facing a challenge out-there or in-here triggers:

  • Other thoughts >> that can be traced with a brain scanner as activities of neurons in our brains.
  • Feelings >> how can they be traced? Are they recorded somewhere in our memory banks?
  • Memories of how you felt after certain events.
