Testing your pH
Testing your pH
By testing the acidity level of your urine, you can determine whether your body is eliminating a normal quantity of acids. If the acid excretion rate is higher than normal, the urinary pH will be more acidic. This is also an indication that the body is saturated and in an acid state.
Another indicator is the pH of saliva. A low pH reading indicates that the mineral reserves in your body are low, and are being used to buffer acids elsewhere.
An acidic body is the perfect terrain for microforms such as bacteria, yeasts, and fungi to grow. They flourish in the low oxygen levels. Then, they secrete their own acid waste products, which lowers your pH even further.
Because of the above, we suggest the following:
-
Buy pH test strips, made to test saliva and urine.
-
Drink daily 1 oz filtered water per 1 kg body weight.
-
Eat mostly foods that measure alkaline.
-
Learn what foods should not be eaten together!
-
Exercise your body for about 1/2 hr per day.
-
Practice ‘being Present” by experiencing everything and anybody without expectation or judgment. Explore the effect your opinion and biases have on your ability to experience objects, people, feelings and ideas.
