A Sacred Being ?

Most people respond to real or perceived threats, by tensing their body, increasing their arousal, and narrowing their gaze. The human body has, all together, more than 650 muscles. Many muscles tense so as to prevent you from feeling stress or fear when you are in an emergency or survival mode.

Some of these muscles stay tense for life. It is as if the energy of fear gets trapped in them. Stress also suppresses the immune system, which could lead to allergic reactions. Research results demonstrated that the feedback from a rigid, single pointed, visual focus of Attention leads to a continual stream of thoughts in the brain.

The beginning of freedom is the realization that you are not your brains, nor the spotlight-holding entity. This realization enables you to observe your thoughts.

Observing your thinking process, activates a higher level of consciousness. You connect with your sacred Being, the one behind the one that thinks.
