A more natural way?

3. Relieving the painful Feeling and/or removing the pain causing elements from their current place through physical or non-physical Natural manipulations:

  • Chiropractor: manipulates vertebrae to reduce compression of nerves.

  • Homeopathy: a substance’s unique energetic form curing by carrying the opposite wave-signature to the wave-pattern of the cause behind a symptom.

  • Light therapy devices containing thousands of known wave-signatures of substances in a digital database, which can be called upon to neutralize, and thus cure, the unique wave-pattern of a particular dis-ease.

  • Light, sound, and micro-current therapies.

  • Massage: stimulates blood flow, relieves muscle spasms and increases somato-sensory information flow. Also practiced in combination with Gua Sha.

  • Cold applications to reduce inflammation. Hot applications to increase blood flow.

  • Small electrodes stimulating the skin, to relieve pain.

  • Acupuncture helps nerve cells to release endorphins.

  • Mental techniques rely on the ability of the mind to relieve pain through descending neural pathways. They include relaxation or distraction techniques, hypnosis, yoga, NLP, neuro-feedback, and psycho-therapies.

  • Consciousness control techniques such as meditation. This is a very intense and time-consuming method to relieve pain, and pacify certain elements of the brain.

  • Biodynamic cranio-sacral therapy improves the body’s capacity for self-repair, such as releasing the trapped energy of trauma. It works with the waves of Chi in the neurological and physical components of the Pain/Obstacles removal process.

  • A modern pain-free version of ancient skin-cupping, are the silicone cups. Contrary to pressure massage, these cups create therapeutic stimuli through sucking massage when applied anywhere on the skin. This type of cupping attracts blood to the affected area that brings the essential nutrients to assist in healing. The reverse pressure exerted by the suction gently increases flexibility in the tissues and eliminates swelling if any. If there is any blockage and accumulation of fluids, it is released:

    • it relaxes, and makes muscles & fascias more flexible,

    • it mobilises the different layers (freeing adhesions),

    • it activates neuronal response (reducing pain and anxiety),

    • it stimulates blood and lymphatic vascular circulation,

    • it triggers trauma and beliefs held in the tissues, that can now be permanently released, by applying the c2C.

  • Vacuum cupping with a hand-pump: allows for more sucking-vacuum of the skin, using hard-plastic valve-cups. Whereas Chinese cupping therapy targets the twelve meridians system in the patient’s body to induce healing, myofascial cupping is directed at the muscular and skeletal system of the body. This type of cupping is used to relieve any injuries received when playing sports. People with conditions related to the muscles and bone structure will find that this therapy is very effective. Ailments like back and neck pain, sprained muscles, strained tissues and other such problems can be alleviated with this method:

Cannabinoids

Cannabis contains many pharmacological and biochemical compounds, of which only a minority are understood, thus many therapeutic uses are yet to be discovered.

R&D shows that medicinal use of cannabis has a therapeutic role for a multitude of diseases, such as chronic pain.

Cannabinoids can modulate and interact at many neural pathways, with various synergistic benefits. CBD facilitates the neurotransmission of 5HT1A within the brain, thereby reducing anxiety caused by PTSD threat perception.

CBD stands for ‘cannabidiol’, a combo of hempseed oil/paste and 2-5% CBD. It’s one of at least 85 active cannabinoids identified within both cannabis and hemp.

In cannabis, CBD is found next to THC. Unlike THC, CBD is not psychedelic. Hemp contains high amounts of CBD, and virtually no THC. This allows CBD to be harvested without potential interference from THC.

Modulation of the endo-cannabinoid system through agonism or antagonism of its receptors, targeting its metabolic pathways, or combining cannabinoids with other analgesics for synergistic effects, should provide the foundation for many new classes of medications.

CBD increases apelin levels. Apelin functions as a key regulator which helps normalize blood pressure and inflammation and is produced in the heart, lungs, brain, and blood. It works in tandem with the angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor to control blood pressure.

A common theme throughout various research studies is that:

    • CBD has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects by improving oxygen levels.
    • CBD helps white blood cells maintain a steady blood sugar level, through platelet aggregation.
    • CBD helps to keep the user alert throughout the day, even after some sleep deprivation.
    • CBD reacts with endocannabinoid receptors 5HT1A and TRPV1 (not just the CB1/CB2 reactor like other cannabinoids). These receptors are involved in regulating pain, anxiety, and fear responses to stress.
    • CBD helps patients with PTSD for similar reasons!
    • CBD appears to reduce the production of lipids in skin cells, reducing the severity of oil production, help manage any acne condition, and increase the output of sebum, preventing dry skin.
