H2H Exercise
EXERCISE ONE:
Perform the c2C exhortation on every resistance or pain felt during this exercise.
- Imagine yourself in a glass elevator going up and down a very tall building. When going down you can see the top of the building moving away from you.
- Now, imagine yourself as a spot of light, slowly moving out of the center of your head and down the throat. Imagine, your skull moving away, like in #1.
- Do not think about any of this. That will keep you in the head. Just play the game.
- Once in the throat area, can you imagine your head well above you. \’Feel\’ the softness of the throat area. Can you see your shoulders from here?
- Repeat going up and down between the head and throat until you feel a sense of comfort with this game. When in the head, always face yourself in the direction of your eyes. \’Feel\’ the hard bone of the skull that surrounds you? Feel the difference between that and the soft tissue of the throat area?
- Imagine you move from the throat area to any of the shoulders, still facing the front of your body. Feel the bones in your shoulder?
- Continue down through your arm to the palm of your hand. \’See\’ and then feel the fingers all around you.
- Return to the shoulder, then back to the throat area.
- Always stop at the throat as the central station, before returning to the head, facing your eyes.
- Feel the hardness of the skull again?
