EXERCISES:

  1. Focus with 2D Spatial-Attention and become conscious of the space taken up by an object around you.

  2. Form an opinion about that object and label the object.

  3. With that label in mind, perceive the object\’s weight, density, and exposed surfaces.

  4. Practice Belly Breathing to facilitate this process.

  5. Immerse yourself into each aspect of the object by feeling it as if it were you.

  6. Change your label with another opinion about it.

  7. Repeat step 3, 4, and 5 with this other opinion.

  8. Repeat this with more opinions about this object until a realization occurs.

  9. Select different objects and do the same procedure as described above until you reach a result that you would like to share with the work/play shop facilitator.
